Largest European cannabis producer to improve UK distribution

Pure Europe, a Switzerland-based company and one of the largest cannabis/hemp producers in Europe, has announced the establishment of a deal with the Scottish hemp and cannabidiol (CBD) startup Always Pure Organics (APO).

The Swiss company is known for supplying legal, certified, high-quality cannabis and hemp preparations to nearly all the countries in the EU. According to Pure Europe, all the products are thoroughly lab tested, organic and pesticide-free. Moreover, the company assures the shipping of products to anywhere in the EU within 2 workdays after the order is placed. And now, it has taken yet another step to improve its EU distribution.

The partnership established with APO, a Scotland-based hemp and CBD company, allows both APO and Pure Europe to better reach the European market. Since APO stores its hemp and CBD stock in the UK, partnering up with this company assures Pure Europe a better delivery system to the UK’s CBD market. On the other hand, all APO’s CBD comes from Swiss farms and is thoroughly researched and tested in Switzerland, and so APO also benefits from this alliance.

According to Elite Business Magazine, the estimated value of this deal is around £5 million, just in the first year. Gavin Ogilvie, managing director of APO, recognizes the market strength of Pure Europe, which delivers its products to roughly 20 of the 28 EU member states. “Together we aim to become household names in the European cannabis industry”, Ogilvie claims.

The legalization of medical cannabis in 2018 opened an extremely lucrative market sector in the UK. The country is now seeing its first CBD cafes, medical clinics, and a wide variety of CBD products, ranging from femcare products to cosmetics and edibles.

This new alliance between CBD, cannabis and hemp producers provides the market with new sources of reliable CBD products that can be distributed Europe-wide from both Switzerland and the UK.
